In our involvement in the Chic Tower de Grisogono project in Dubai, we showcased our expertise in construction planning management. Our scope of work included concept estimation, scope validation, BOQ preparation, CSI format for BOQ, and tender clarifications. One of our key achievements was revalidating the BOQ from POMI to CSI, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements. We also highlighted the mandate for piling at the concept stage, demonstrating our attention to detail and proactive approach. Additionally, we expedited the delivery of the BOQ, showcasing our efficiency and commitment to project timelines. Our coordination with the scope of services further ensured a smooth and successful project execution.
