Bagavad EEswar S has 30 years’ experience in MENA region, with the last 18 years delivering Senior Management roles within Property and Real Estate sectors, including Business Development, Sales and Customer service Management, Profitability Management to Client projects, Commercial and Cost optimization, Engineering Consultancy, Contracts, organization of tendering, procurement, staff recruitment, operation and delivery, budgeting and development.  

His variety of experience and wealth in addition to the interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively has allowed him to build many strong and mutually respected relationships throughout the UAE. 

Bagavad is a highly motivated and ambitious individual and is experienced in a wide range of international contracts including International Federation of Consulting Engineers [FIDIC], NEC, as well as various bespoke contracts.

With a strong emphasis on face-to-face contact and close client partnering, Bagavad has unparalleled experience in working on projects at the highest level, focusing effective Project deliverables expertise as Director.
